Terms of service
Effective July 22, 2026
What these terms cover
These terms govern the hosted DispatchSEO service at dispatchseo.com, operated by the DispatchSEO maintainer ("we", "us"). DispatchSEO is also open source; if you self-host it, these commercial terms do not apply to you - only the software's license does. By creating an account or subscribing to the hosted service, you agree to these terms.
The service
DispatchSEO researches keywords for your website, drafts articles and tools as pull requests to your repository, and tracks your search rankings. You connect your own GitHub repository, Google Search Console account, and Claude (Claude Code) subscription; content is generated by your Claude subscription, not by us. We provide the research data, scheduling, dashboard, and rank tracking. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything published to your site.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to use the hosted service, and the information you sign up with must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for everything done under your account. Connect only websites and repositories you own or are authorized to manage.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Polar, who acts as the merchant of record. Each plan sets limits (number of sites and tracked keywords); those limits are enforced on your account. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Free trial and refunds. The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial: your card is collected at checkout and first charged when the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. Beyond the trial, fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods - cancelling stops future renewals. If something went wrong on our side, contact us at support@dispatchseo.com and we'll sort it out case by case.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your own websites and content. Don't use it to generate spam, to publish content that infringes others' rights, or in a way that abuses the connected APIs (Google Search Console, GitHub, DataForSEO) or violates their terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data and content
You own your site, your content, and the pull requests generated for you. How we handle the data you connect (including Google Search Console data) is described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect an integration or delete your account at any time.
Third-party services
The service works by connecting to accounts you bring: GitHub, Google Search Console, your Claude subscription (Anthropic), and optionally others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, their pricing, or decisions they make about your accounts. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record under Polar's own terms.
Content responsibility
Content is drafted by AI under your configuration and shipped as pull requests for your review. You decide what gets published on your site, and you are responsible for its accuracy, its legality, and its compliance with the policies of the platforms it appears on (including search engines' content guidelines). You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you publish or from your breach of these terms.
Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service or the connected APIs, or creates risk for us or other users - with notice where reasonable. After termination or deletion we remove your stored data within 30 days, except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons (which Polar retains as merchant of record).
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, and we don't guarantee particular rankings or traffic. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes belong to the competent courts there - without limiting any consumer rights you hold under the mandatory law of your own country.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new effective date. Questions about these terms: support@dispatchseo.com.
